Snowhill Harlequin Haynet – Red, Large-Hole Haynet for Everyday Feeding
£3.70
Snowhill Harlequin Haynet – Red, for Horses and Ponies
The Harlequin haynet from Snowhill, the Chichester saddlery company behind the Rhinegold Equestrian range, is a practical, hard-wearing net in red for everyday hay feeding. It is made with larger holes that allow a more natural feeding rate than a small-hole or slow-feeder net.
Metal rings at the top make it straightforward to hang in the stable, trailer or field shelter, and the net keeps hay off the floor and out of the bedding. A good, inexpensive everyday net – and the colour makes your nets easy to tell apart on a shared yard.
Performance & Benefits
- Large holes for a more natural feeding rate
- Strong, durable net construction
- Metal rings at the top for secure hanging
- Keeps hay off the floor, reducing waste and mess in the bedding
- Red colour for easy identification
Suitable For
- Horses and ponies fed hay in the stable
- Travelling in trailers and horseboxes
- Field shelters and yards
- Horses that do not need their forage intake restricted
How to Use
- Fill with a weighed ration of hay and close the top
- Hang high using the metal rings, tied with a quick-release knot
- Make sure the empty net cannot drop to hoof height
- Check regularly for broken strands and worn fittings

Care & Caution
- An empty net hangs much lower than a full one – tie it high
