Care & Caution
Feed as a complementary snack alongside a complete and balanced diet. Adjust your cat’s main meal accordingly, avoid overfeeding, and ensure fresh drinking water is always available.
Orders processed before 10am will be shipped the same day. Orders processed after 10am will be shipped the next working day.
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.
You will also receive a notification when your parcel is out for delivery.
If item is not delivered in 5 working days , contact us with your inquiry.
If you miss a delivery, please contact the carrier to arrange a re-delivery. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and a refund will be processed.
You can choose to have your parcel left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
