Seabass at 5% on the usual base of 58% chicken breast and 31% chicken broth. Seabass is a light white fish rather than an oily one, so this can smells and tastes considerably milder than the sardine — the choice for a cat that wants a hint of fish rather than a faceful of it.

It carries the highest taurine figure of the chicken cans at 623 mg/kg, and crude fat is declared at 2% rather than 3%. Neither figure will decide a meal on its own, but they make it the leanest and best-supplemented of the chicken-and-fish pairings.

Feeding

• Canagan publish one figure for their cat cans: two to three cans a day for any adult cat.
