A quick-soaking mash built around linseed — the richest plant source of Omega 3 available to horses, and the reason this mash produces coat shine where an ordinary fibre mash won't.

Traditional yards boiled linseed for hours because raw linseed must be heat-treated before feeding. This is already processed, so it goes straight in the bucket with water.
