- Remove loose mud and hair from the tack first
- Apply to a damp sponge or cloth following the label directions

Delivery Attempts and Notifications
If you miss a delivery, please contact the carrier to arrange a re-delivery. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and a refund will be processed.
