Pure Treats are made from the same sort of ingredients as the feeds: oatfeed, grass pellets, wheatfeed, mixed herbs and salt, with no added sugar and no molasses. It is a short, plain ingredient list rather than a confection, and that is the point — most horse treats are held together with sugar, and this one is not.
The analysis backs it up. Digestible energy is 7 MJ/kg, starch 7% and naturally occurring sugar 3%, and Pure list them as suitable for horses with laminitis, insulin resistance or other metabolic conditions. Fed by the handful they make a negligible difference to a restricted diet, which is exactly what makes them usable where most treats are not.

Feeding
- Feed by hand or in the bucket, a few at a time.

- Count them into a restricted diet rather than feeding them on top of it.
- Feed alongside a normal balanced ration and forage; treats replace neither.

If you miss a delivery, please contact the carrier to arrange a re-delivery. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and a refund will be processed.
