Omega Equine Vitality – 3kg Refill

Vitality is Omega's whole-food alternative to a synthetic vitamin and mineral supplement: flaxseed meal, moringa leaf, sea buckthorn, turmeric, nettle, aloe vera, tart cherry, seaweed and spearmint, with calcium carbonate. Nothing in it is a manufactured vitamin premix, which is the point of it.

It is fed at two 25g scoops daily for a horse and one for a pony, so this 3kg refill covers about 60 days on a horse and 120 on a pony. The refill pouch is the economical way to buy it once you have the original tub — it holds double the 1.5kg pack.

Feeding

• Horses at maintenance: two scoops daily, 50g.
• Ponies at maintenance: one scoop daily, 25g.
• Omega set a maximum of 100g per day where more is required.
• Omega state a 1.5kg pack lasts approximately 30 days for a horse at maintenance, so this 3kg refill covers roughly 60 days for a horse or 120 days for a pony.
• Mix into the daily feed with fresh water always available.
