Gorilla Tub Medium 26L – Pink

Twenty-six litres of water weighs about 26kg, and that number is worth having in mind before you buy the Medium rather than the Small. The tub itself is 30cm deep, 38.5cm across the rim and 28cm across the base, with the two handles set opposite each other precisely because a full one is a two-handed job.

Pink is the most-requested colour in the range after red and the one that tends to stay with its owner on a shared yard. On the Medium that is useful: it is a size people borrow, and a distinctive colour is the cheapest way to get it back.

How to Use

• Lift a full one with both hands on the handles — 26 litres of water is about 26kg.
• Use the chamfered edge as a lip: hold the tub on its side and sweep or scoop straight into it.
• Rinse between feed and dirty work; food-grade or not, mortar and hard feed do not belong in the same tub on the same day.
• Wash out with warm water and a mild detergent, then upend it to drain.
• Store it upturned outside, or nest it inside a larger tub.
