Gorilla Tub Small Shallow 15L – Pink

Sixteen centimetres of side is low enough that a dog will step into the Small Shallow rather than being lifted in, which is why this size gets used as a wash tub as often as a feed one. Fifteen litres across a 39.5cm opening is roughly a spaniel's worth of warm water, and the 32cm base keeps it planted while the dog shifts about.

Pink is the colour people choose when the tub is going to live somewhere it is seen — a back porch, a boot room, a wash bay — rather than out on the muck heap. It also makes an obvious visual separation between the washing tub and the feeding tubs, which is a sensible thing to have.

How to Use

• Set it on the floor and work straight out of it — at 16cm deep nothing sits out of reach.
• Carry it two-handed and reasonably level; the low sides mean water slops out well before the tub is full.
• Stack empties inside one another to store a set of them flat under a shelf.
• Wash in warm water with a mild detergent and turn upside down to drain; the smooth interior wipes clean.
• Flex the sides to pop out frozen water or set feed rather than banging the rim on a wall.
