This is the fish member of the Fusions range: a cold-pressed beef roll with 4% salmon worked into it. Anco declare 53% protein, 13% fat, 20% ash and 5% moisture — the ash figure is lower than the ostrich and rabbit rolls, and the protein is the lowest of the three.

Salmon is included for the oils it brings rather than for the protein, which is why the inclusion rate is small. For a dog that will not touch a plain dried fish treat, an infused beef roll is often the way to get salmon into it at all.
