Fancy Feeds Mixed Corn – 5kg
A clean, appetising blend of 70% English wheat and 30% cut maize, formulated as a complementary treat for all types of poultry, waterfowl and bantams. It is a treat rather than a feed, and the distinction matters — corn is low in protein and birds will happily fill up on it at the expense of the balanced ration that actually keeps them laying.
Fed properly, it earns its place. Scattering it satisfies the instinct to peck and scratch, keeping birds occupied and out of trouble, and the carbohydrate provides slow-release energy that helps maintain body temperature overnight through the colder months. The 5kg bag suits a small flock.

Feeding
- Feed as an afternoon or evening treat, after the main diet of pellets or mash.
- Maximum 28g (1oz) per bird per day.
- Scatter on the ground to stimulate natural foraging.
- Always ensure access to fresh, clean water.

Care & Caution
- A treat, not a feed. At 8% protein it cannot sustain a laying hen on its own.
- Overfeeding corn is the single most common cause of poor laying in back garden flocks.

Delivery Attempts and Notifications
If you miss a delivery, please contact the carrier to arrange a re-delivery. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and a refund will be processed.
