Saracen Re-Leve Mix – 20kg

Re-Leve is a cereal-free, low-starch mix designed to replace all cereal-based concentrates for performance horses and those with nervous dispositions. Starch sits at 8%, with sustained energy coming instead from highly digestible super-fibres and elevated oil levels, which helps maintain a calm, trainable temperament while supporting digestive health.

It was developed through collaborative research with Dr Stephanie Valberg at the University of Minnesota and Kentucky Equine Research, and delivers the energy needed for work and performance while promoting body condition and overall wellbeing. High levels of antioxidants, including vitamin E and selenium, support normal muscle function and recovery. Where extra energy is needed, Saracen recommend feeding 0.5–1kg of Equi-Jewel alongside it rather than increasing the mix.

Suitable For

• Horses prone to Equine Gastric Ulcer Syndrome.

Feeding

• Introduce gradually over 7–10 days.
• Feed according to bodyweight, workload and condition.
• For additional energy, feed 0.5–1kg of Equi-Jewel daily alongside it.
• Always ensure free access to clean, fresh water.

Composition & Analysis

• Composition: lucerne pellets, dried sugar beet pulp, soya hulls, pea flakes, soya oil, molasses, soya flakes, vitamins, soya bean meal, minerals, blackcurrant flavour, yeast. 20kg.
• Crude protein 13.0%. Crude oil 9.0%. Crude fibre 18.5%. Crude ash 7.5%. Starch 8.0%. Sugar 6.0%. Digestible energy 12.9 MJ/kg. Lysine 0.79%. Methionine 0.19%.
• Per kg: vitamin A 12,100iu, vitamin D 1,200iu, vitamin E 319iu (61mg from a natural source), vitamin C 170mg, biotin 0.3mg.

Care & Caution

• If the horse has a diagnosed muscle disorder, agree the ration with your vet before making changes.
• High in oil at 9%. Introduce slowly to allow the digestive system to adapt.
