KM Elite Elim-a-Net Haynet – Horse Size, Green Slow Feeder Haynet
£17.25
KM Elite Elim-a-Net Haynet Horse Size in Green – Slow Feeder Haynet for Horses
The KM Elite Elim-a-Net is a slow feeder haynet with a patented Inner Net Design: a second net inside the first that changes the shape and size of the holes so forage is eaten more slowly. This is the horse size in black and green.
Slowing intake makes a ration last longer, reduces waste and helps horses on restricted forage avoid long gaps without food, which suits good doers, horses prone to laminitis and those on box rest.
Performance & Benefits
- Patented Inner Net Design slows the rate of eating
- Makes a restricted ration last longer and reduces waste
- Horse size holds approximately 7.5kg of hay or 14.5kg of haylage
- Extra-strong construction with metal rings top and bottom
- Suitable for hay or haylage in the stable, field or trailer
Suitable For
- Greedy or overweight horses
- Horses prone to laminitis or on restricted forage
- Horses on box rest or stabled for long periods
- Stable, field and travel use
How to Use
- Fill with hay or haylage and draw the top closed
- Loop the hanging rope through the bottom ring and tie with a quick-release knot
- Hang at a safe height so the empty net cannot drop to hoof level
- Introduce gradually so your horse can get used to the slower feed
- Check the net for damage each time you fill it
