Gorilla Tub Small Shallow 15L – Purple

The Small Shallow and the Small 14L hold almost exactly the same amount — 15 litres against 14 — and are bought for opposite reasons. This one is 16cm deep and 39.5cm across; the other is 24cm deep and 32cm across. Shallow and wide is for working out of; deep and narrow is for carrying.

Purple is the colour that tends to get assigned to one person's kit on a shared yard, and on the shallow tub that works particularly well because the contents are visible from across the barn. Anyone can see at a glance whether the purple tub still has the clippers in it.

How to Use

• Set it on the floor and work straight out of it — at 16cm deep nothing sits out of reach.
• Carry it two-handed and reasonably level; the low sides mean water slops out well before the tub is full.
• Stack empties inside one another to store a set of them flat under a shelf.
• Wash in warm water with a mild detergent and turn upside down to drain; the smooth interior wipes clean.
• Flex the sides to pop out frozen water or set feed rather than banging the rim on a wall.
