When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.

If item is not delivered in 5 working days , contact us with your inquiry.
If you miss a delivery, please contact the carrier to arrange a re-delivery. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and a refund will be processed.
You can choose to have your parcel left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
Changed your mind? You may cancel your order by phone or email before it has been processed and dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can return your order following our returns policy below.

I am happy with this Thunderbrooks feed, (the bag is a bit small) I add it to the chaff to give it more flavour.
The product is undoubtedly fine as I've been using these salt tablets for many years. I dropped a star because I was disappointed that, for 4 bags, I was charged 4 x the individual delivery charge; as the delivery costs for 4 bags would be much the same as for 1 bag I would have expected a lower delivery charge. I subsequently found I could order 4 bags elsewhere at a lower cost so doubt that I will be a returning customer.
