Saracen Re-Covery Mash – 20kg

Re-Covery Mash is a highly palatable, quick-soaking mash built to support hydration, recovery and digestive health. Made with digestible super-fibres, it provides non-heating energy while actively encouraging water intake, which is what makes it useful after training, travelling or competition when a horse has lost fluid and is often reluctant to drink.

Electrolytes aid rehydration, vitamin E supports muscle and immune function, and live yeast helps stabilise gut flora and pH. An encapsulated banana flavour tempts even fussy eaters and drinkers, which also makes it a practical vehicle for masking medication or feeding through a period of convalescence. Low in starch and sugar, it can be fed alongside any diet without upsetting the balance of the existing ration.

Feeding

• Soak for 2–3 minutes in warm water, or 5 minutes in cold water.
• Feed as needed rather than as a fixed daily ration.
• Can be fed alongside any existing balanced diet.
• Always ensure free access to clean, fresh water.

Care & Caution

• Contains added salt and electrolytes. Fresh water must always be available alongside it.
• Soak fresh for each feed rather than making up in advance.
