Scruffs Alpine Box Bed – Taupe, Large

The Alpine is built differently from the rest of the Scruffs box beds, and the difference is worth understanding before you choose. Where the Chester and Windsor are one-piece construction, the Alpine has a removable inner cushion and a water-resistant inner lining beneath the cover.

That matters in practice. An accident or a wet dog does not soak through to the filling, the cushion can be lifted out and the cover washed on its own, and firmness can be adjusted by how the cushion sits. Above it, thick-cut faux fur over deep-filled bolster walls gives the head support and draught protection that makes a box bed worth having.

Care & Caution

• Gentle machine wash the cover at 30°C using a mild detergent.
• Do not bleach or tumble dry. Dry flat.
