Buddycare Black Cherry Dog Shampoo is designed to gently cleanse and refresh your dog’s coat while leaving a long-lasting sweet black cherry fragrance. Formulated for all breeds and coat types, it removes dirt, grease and odour build-up without stripping natural oils, helping to maintain a healthy, glossy coat.
The mild, pH-balanced formula is enriched with aloe vera and pro-vitamin B5, supporting skin hydration and coat condition. Vegan, cruelty-free and free from SLS, SLES and parabens, it’s suitable for regular grooming and ideal for dogs with sensitive skin.

Order Processing
Orders processed before 10am will be shipped the same day. Orders processed after 10am will be shipped the next working day.
Tracking Your Order
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.
You will also receive a notification when your parcel is out for delivery.

Delivery Attempts and Notifications
If you miss a delivery, please contact the carrier to arrange a re-delivery. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and a refund will be processed.

You can choose to have your parcel left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? You may cancel your order by phone or email before it has been processed and dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can return your order following our returns policy below.
