Wet your dog’s coat thoroughly with warm water.

Apply a generous amount of shampoo and massage into a lather.

Avoid contact with eyes and inside ears.

Rinse thoroughly until no residue remains.

Repeat if necessary for heavily soiled coats.

Towel dry and brush for a smooth, healthy finish.
Recommended Frequency:
Bath as needed; typically once a month for general maintenance. Dogs with specific skin or coat needs may require more frequent baths.

Delivery Options
- YODEL Standard Delivery: 2-3 working days
- Express Delivery (DHL): 2-3 working days

Order Processing
Orders processed before 10am will be shipped the same day. Orders processed after 10am will be shipped the next working day.
Tracking Your Order
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.
You will also receive a notification when your parcel is out for delivery.
If item is not delivered in 5 working days , contact us with your inquiry.
Delivery Attempts and Notifications
If you miss a delivery, please contact the carrier to arrange a re-delivery. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and a refund will be processed.
