Dr. John Grain-Free Chicken and Potato is a nutritionally balanced hypoallergenic dry dog food designed to provide the perfect diet for adolescent, adult, and senior dogs with sensitive stomachs.
Our carefully developed kibble is free from cereals, wheat, wheat gluten, dairy, and soya, ensuring it’s gentle on sensitive digestion, while adding tasty meat juices for plenty of flavour!
It contains 25% protein and 10.5% fat, with added New Zealand green-lipped mussel extract to support healthy joints.

Delivery Options
- YODEL Standard Delivery: 2-3 working days
- Express Delivery (DHL): 2-3 working days
- Christmas Delivery : Last shipping day will be 22nd Dec 2025.
Order Processing
Orders processed before 10am will be shipped the same day. Orders processed after 10am will be shipped the next working day.
Tracking Your Order
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.
You will also receive a notification when your parcel is out for delivery.
If item is not delivered in 5 working days , contact us with your inquiry.
Delivery Attempts and Notifications
If you miss a delivery, please contact the carrier to arrange a re-delivery. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and a refund will be processed.

You can choose to have your parcel left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
Order Cancellations
