The Savic Zephos 2 Open is a ventilated plastic pet carrier with two ways in: a coated metal front door and a plastic top door, for cats and small dogs up to 7kg.

Delivery Attempts and Notifications
If you miss a delivery, please contact the carrier to arrange a re-delivery. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and a refund will be processed.

You can choose to have your parcel left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
Order Cancellations
