Feeding & Storage
- Feed dry, or moisten with a little tepid water if preferred.
- Feed according to your dog's weight, age and activity level.
- Introduce gradually over a week when changing from another food.
- Always provide fresh drinking water.
- Store in a cool, dry place and keep the bag sealed.

Order Processing
Orders processed before 10am will be shipped the same day. Orders processed after 10am will be shipped the next working day.
Tracking Your Order
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.
You will also receive a notification when your parcel is out for delivery.
If item is not delivered in 5 working days , contact us with your inquiry.
Delivery Attempts and Notifications
If you miss a delivery, please contact the carrier to arrange a re-delivery. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and a refund will be processed.

You can choose to have your parcel left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
