A heavy stoneware bowl with a polka dot pattern in blue. At 15cm it suits small dogs and cats — wide enough to eat from comfortably, small enough not to dominate a feeding corner.
Ceramic earns its place over plastic on weight alone: the bowl stays where you put it rather than travelling across the floor as your pet eats. The glazed surface is non-porous too, so it doesn't scratch and trap bacteria the way worn plastic does.
