Red Gorilla Plas S1 Small Feed Skip 11L – Green

Green is the S1 skip that reads as the grass-and-forage one on a yard that colour-codes its feeds, and it is a dark enough shade to hide the staining that beet, oil and molasses leave on paler skips.

It is Red Gorilla's replacement for the old rubber feed skip: the same familiar wide, shallow shape at 40cm across and 13.5cm deep, holding 11 litres, but moulded in food-safe Gorilla Plas LLDPE instead of tyre rubber. Non-absorbent, frost and UV proof, and about 60% lighter to lift.

How to Use

• Stand it on level ground for feeding; the wide 40cm base is what stops it being nosed across the stable.
• Lift by both moulded handles and tip forward to empty rather than scraping it out.
• Rinse after every feed — the non-absorbent surface releases residue with water alone, without needing to be scrubbed.
• Stack skips inside one another to store, and keep them off the ground in a hard frost.
