Burgess Excel Sunshine Snacks are intended as a complementary feed, not a replacement for your pet’s main diet. Feed in moderation, with no more than one treat per day. These treats encourage natural foraging and nibbling behaviour, keeping your pets mentally stimulated and happy.

Delivery Options
- YODEL Standard Delivery: 2-3 working days
- Express Delivery (DHL): 2-3 working days
- Christmas Delivery : Last shipping day will be 22nd Dec 2025.
Order Processing
Orders processed before 10am will be shipped the same day. Orders processed after 10am will be shipped the next working day.
Tracking Your Order
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.
You will also receive a notification when your parcel is out for delivery.
If item is not delivered in 5 working days , contact us with your inquiry.
Delivery Attempts and Notifications
If you miss a delivery, please contact the carrier to arrange a re-delivery. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and a refund will be processed.

You can choose to have your parcel left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

Changed your mind? You may cancel your order by phone or email before it has been processed and dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can return your order following our returns policy below.
